Our bodies burn more calories while we are active during the day, so it makes sense to consume the bulk of your calories when you still have active hours left to burn them off.

Avoid the things in your life that cause you stress. When you're stressed, your temptation for eating unhealthy food increases. Sticking with your overall goal of permanent weight loss is much more effective if you are calm and in control of your life.

Calm down and de-stress to lose weight. When you feel stress, you will hoard calories and fat. You might realize that the panic will be short-lived, but the body has its own response. Large amounts of stress can contribute to weight gain. One awesome way to take off the pounds is to run on the beach. Running through the sand requires more effort than running on pavement or a treadmill because you have to fight against the sand to move your feet.
